Tane Mahuta is a god it is the god of nature it is like mother nature. He is a very very big tree there is a track and you can walk onit like a tour and you can take pictures.
Kia ora Davlyn, Is me again! You are right, Tāne Mahuta is the Lord (God) of the Forest and he is very big too! I went there and saw it and it's really impressive. Is nice to see that you are learning some cool facts with the program. For this activity we are asking you to tell us if you would like to visit or not this endemic tree: "On your blog, tell us whether you would like to go and visit Tāne Mahuta one day. Be sure to tell us why you do (or do not) want to visit this endemic tree." In order for me to give you points for this activity you need to answer the question, could you do that and let me know? Kia kaha, Patricia
